Multiple freediving record holder Herbert Nitsch just announced two exclusive one-day workshops to be held in France for a limited number of participants.
The famous Austrian champion aims to teach “efficient and effective techniques to increase lung-volume and breath-hold-time“. The freediving pioneer, who’s also the deepest man on earth, promises that “everyone can double triple his/her breath-hold time within a week of training.”
The two separate workshops are to be held at Villa ‘Oa ‘Oa, a mere 30 minutes from Nice Airport in the Cote D’Azur on July 3rd and July 17. At the moment of writing these lines, the second day is already sold out while there is only one spot remaining on the first day.
While Herbert Nitsch is often famed for his failed record attempt on the 6th of June 2012, having spent 7 days in a coma following a No Limits sled dive to 253m gone wrong, let us be reminded that the unstoppable freediver has achieved 69 official World Records in all of the eight freediving disciplines recognized by AIDA International.
More details about the workshop can be found on Nitsch’s website.
