Given that responsible recreational boating provides access to a bunch of sites in U.S. marine sanctuaries for scuba divers and other water enthusiasts to enjoy, the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration recently announced it had entered into a formal partnership with leading recreational fishing and boating organizations to promote sustainable activities in federal waters, including sanctuaries.
